Do I have to pay yearly dues?
Nope. Once you purchase the share, you are an owner.
Can I buy more than one (1) share?
No. Everyone has equal ownership in a Co-op, so one person can only own one share.
Can I sell my share?
No. The shares are non-transferable. When you purchase the share, it belongs to you and you alone.

Organization
The Interchange Theater Co-op is organized much like other co-ops, with a Board of Members who handle the day-to-day operations of the various branches that make up the theater. Board members are elected to their positions by the shareholders of the theater.
